
Monday Night Sitting Meditation - ONLINE
Every Monday evening , 7:00-8:30 pm.
As of March 2020, this practice is currently available only online. Join us by clicking on the Zoom link.
Our usual schedule is mindfulness meditation and instruction from 7-8 pm. Talks and discussion are frequently scheduled on the first and/or third Mondays of the month.
Instruction is available free of charge at our Open Houses. You are always welcome to contact a Meditation Instructor about your regular practice and you may even ask to form a working relationship with the instructor of your choice.
