There are no programs at this timeThe Huntsville Shambhala Meditation Group is an offshoot of the Birmingham Shambhala Meditation Center formed in December 2015.
Those of all spiritual traditions are invited to explore our offerings in the quest to find a mind of compassion, gentleness and sanity. We offer programs for beginners in meditation as well as experienced practitioners.
Huntsville group members have the opportunity to participate in meditation classes and retreats provided by the Birmingham Center as well as their offerings of Buddhist and Shambhala teachings.
The Huntsville Group meets weekly on Saturdays at 8 am at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Huntsville, 3921 Broadmor Road NW, Huntsville, AL 35810.
