Mindful Sundays
Providing an opportunity for a longer practice to deepen your meditation, we offer a monthly Sunday morning session the first Sunday of each month, which we call Mindful Sundays. The sessions will be both in the Center and on Zoom.
The schedule is subject to adjustment, but will start out as:
- 9:00 am – Opening chants
- 9:10 am – Sitting and walking meditation
- 10:45 am – Closing chants
- 11:00 am – Dharma talk and discussion, followed by contemplation
- End at 11:30 am
For new meditators, separate instruction will be offered at 10:00 am.
People are invited to stay and socialize after the practice.
